I have not yet moved from a PlayStation 2 to a PlayStation 3 myself, but I am offering a golden chance to all my blog readers to win a brand new Sony PlayStation 3 plus a free PS3 video game of your choice. For a long time, I had been thinking of running this contest on Blog Oh! Blog but didn’t get a chance to make the post. I would also like to mention that this contest is not being sponsored by anyone..This is directly from me to all of you 🙂 So here it is, finally!

The Playstation 3 console worth $399.99 ships with the following features as per Amazon.com :-

* Built-in Blu-ray player
* Cell Broadband Engine advanced microprocessor
* SIXAXIS wireless controller (very cool!)

Apart from the PS3 console, I will also give the winner an opportunity to choose any PS3 video game (already launched or order a pre-release) which should easily be worth $60 (most new titles that ship out are priced at $59.99). So, you will have something to play on your new console 🙂 as soon as you win it!

This is a lucky draw contest which will run for one full month and the winner will be declared on May 21, 2008. Given below are the instructions and rules to enter the contest (Read carefully & abide) :-

– The review should be a minimum of 200 words.
– Make a comment on this contest and mention the link to your post.
– Subscribe to our RSS Feed if you haven’t done so already. (To track this contest)
– A single blogger is allowed only one entry to the contest.
– Finally, you should NOT be an owner of a PS3 already (just kidding 🙂 ). Everyone is free to join the contest!

On May 21, 2008, I will draw the name of the lucky blogger who gets to win the console + game and inform him/her by e-mail. After that, I will also arrange for the shipping of the prize to the winner’s doorstep.

Thanks for giving your ideas. I would also like to mention that video games have been ever evolving. Modern technology and innovations have helped create genuine and interactive games. All these entertainment games were not really sensible when the real concept was being experimented with. Just like other styles of technological know-how, video games as well have had to advance through many decades. This is testimony to the fast development of video games.
I’ve observed in the world these days, video games are the latest trend with children of all ages. Occasionally it may be extremely hard to drag the kids away from the games. If you want the very best of both worlds, there are numerous educational games for kids. Good post.
An additional issue is video games are usually serious in nature with the primary focus on understanding rather than enjoyment. Although, there is an entertainment facet to keep children engaged, every single game will likely be designed to develop a specific group of skills or programs, such as math concepts or research. Thanks for your post.
I have learned some significant things through your site post. One other point I would like to mention is that there are many games out there designed in particular for toddler age youngsters. They include pattern acknowledgement, colors, family pets, and patterns. These often focus on familiarization rather than memorization. This helps to keep children occupied without having a sensation like they are studying. Thanks
A different issue is really that video gaming became one of the all-time largest forms of excitement for people of every age group. Kids enjoy video games, plus adults do, too. I REALLY REALLY NEED THIS PS3!!! I have 3 young nephews that come and stay with me all the time and we could really use this console to have a great time with!!! I can’t afford one or i wouldn’t be on here begging at your feet for this for me and the kids!!!!!!
