Say hello to the brand new free WordPress theme – Woody. This theme comes with six color schemes – Blue, Black, Green, Maroon, Orange & Pastel (you can preview color schemes from the theme demo). The theme has inbuilt theme options for adding banners, advertisements and a featured video. It also includes two right side sidebars to accommodate all your widgets. This theme could easily have been a premium WordPress theme but I am giving it out for free, so enjoy!
How to Use
The theme is plug and play. All you need to do is configure the different settings like the slideshow, ads etc. through the inbuilt theme options. Just go to wp-admin -> appearance -> woody options and configure your settings

I have already used woody theme WordPress. during the time I have been using it I can say that it is one of the greatest themes of all time. loading time is acceptable in a way that the score of that is really great. also it is seo friendly which makes it a great theme.

This theme is crashing both safari and chrome on firefox. Moreover, the admin config for it also crashes both browsers.
Theme is throwing a javascript error that seems to be causing browser lockup
Scrript: /wp-content/themes/woody/js/jquery.sudoSlider.js:1066
FYI, editing the jquery.sudoSlider.js around line 1066 seems to fix the problem.
Seems like the js fix only works in firefox. This is a great looking theme, but the developer needs to fix these issues before it’s ready for prime time.

I’m making steady progress building out this site..however, the slider is not giving me any joy…whenever I try to open the homepage I get a script error and the posts from the category selected for the slider are not appearing…I bit disappointing.
I used the woody theme and it worked find. I added a category and it then got scripting errors and crashed browsers. I also tried the nu blu theme and same thing happened. It was working fine from all my uploads of video links photos posts etc but adding a category made it crash on mutiple browsers. I deleted to the theme from wordpress and re uploaded it but still the same issue. I think it is a css error someone who viewed the site said. Great theme up to that point it would be a shame not to use it. If you have a resolve for this it would be great.
