I’m starting my first hosted blog (stop with the LOL already!) I came here because I had downloaded your Adspress template from somewhere else and need editing advice.

I read your ebook and found it useful. I had been practicing a lot of the techniques you suggested.
I did add a bunch of the suggested ping sites though. Thanks for that.
May I suggest, as an add-on to this, a plugin from MaxBlogPress.com called Ping Optimizer.
It will prevent pings for edits and pings for future time-stamped posts. These type of pings, when in excess, can get your blog labeled as a spam site.

just one problem. When I used the custom permalinks it screwed up all the category links and page links – got a 404 redirect error. Post links worked pefectly.
